Miguel Martín - Mid-term Model

My approach of this project was to explore Maya as an advanced Modeling and Rendering tool. I resurrected an older sketch up model to explore materiality and to understand the inter platform relationships that Maya Facilitates. The sketch Up model required some work to "clean up" the polygonal structure so that overlapping shapes would be removed. Sketch Up also imported all textures with reflectance that had to be corrected. the following images illustrate the transformation from sketch up to Maya.
