Initial Building. Flared Cylinder joined with a sphere. Converted Nurbs-to-poly and subtracted windows and doors. Staircase made with lofted curves, convert to poly, Apply a Bend. Stairs made with Lofted curves, extruded top surface, Mental Ray material application.
