Kirrah Allen- Form Studies

Here are some my forms created in Maya based off some drawn sketches.
. The first model was completed with the use of the CV Curve, Loft and the manipulation of the Control Vertex and Hulls, to create its organic form.

This form used the same tools as the first form, however, I focused the use the shape of the form vertically, in order to create a shape that is almost snake like.


The last form is the cleaner version of the previous with the use of linear CV lines.

  1. Some good nurbs sculpting exploration. make an effort to avoid self intersecting surfaces when you model.

    The massing shapes in the second set of images are good but on close inspection displys some surface inconsistencies.
