
The first material is similar to the original glossy material applied to the renders presented with this model. I lowered the Reflectivity slightly to tone down the unwanted self-reflections. Also Ambient Occlusion.

This is a slight variation on the thick glass presets. I adjusted the diffuse color to a light and turned on .5 translucency in the same light grey tint. Also Ambient Occlusion.

Using the stained metal presets, I turned up the roughness, and turned down the reflectivity and glossyness to create a more matte finish . The clear shadow and light lines created by the metal material are very interesting. Also Ambient Occlusion.
